Welcome to the Wagner Society, Manchester

The Society was founded in the early 1950s to enable people interested in the life and music of Richard Wagner to meet on a regular basis to listen to extracts from the operas and learn more about these magnificent works from speakers who are experts in their field.

Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from September to May and take place at
The Friends Meeting House, Mount Street, Manchester, at 7 pm.

Our Siegfried Study will be followed by a Study Weekend on Gotterdammerung on December 1st & 2nd 2012
